Biography
Sloan Turner is a writer, director, and producer who explores the darker side of life through her films. She started making movies at age 12 when she commandeered her dad’s camcorder for a school project. As the years passed her love of filmmaking only grew, which prompted her to attend Emerson College where she earned an MFA in Film and Media Art and completed her thesis film Consumed (2018). Since graduating she’s made two more short films, Breach (2020) and Happy Housewarming (2021). She is currently writing her first feature and will hopefully shoot at the end of 2021.
